FIELDS
These are the North campus meeting places.
White ‘S’ – swimming pool for Wednesday and Sunday swimming
Mauve ‘R’ – Cycling and running for Spring, Summer and Early Autumn. Registration is by the cricket nets which is the dark green square. Very obvious when you are on the fields.
Green ‘R’ – Hamersley pitch which we use in summer.
Purple ‘P’ – parking
Mauve ‘P’ – parking but some now taken up with College minibuses.
Mauve ‘*’ – gym and sports hall.
For all of these locations the best place to park is this side of the Astro pitches – purple ‘P’. It is sometimes a bit of a squeeze but hopefully there will be space.
For those new to the College you get to this area by turning down College Fields from Bath road which is opposite the Chapel and next to the new boarding house. After 60m along College fields there is a right turn which takes you over a speed bump and then another right turn up a very steep windy hill which brings you to the Astro pitches. The pool is alongside the Astro pitches to the right and the good weather cycle pitch is up the track to the right.
